International Student Services (ISS) Events

• New International Student Orientation: Tuesday, August 19, 2025 from 9:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. 
  • New international student orientation is mandatory for new students and transfer students. Failure to attend will delay your registration.  Please do not confuse this orientation session with any other University orientation sessions. This orientation session is strictly for international students. Please have your immigration documents with you for reference. Please Report to May Hall room 126  to attend the new international student orientation.   
• International Student Mixer: Thursday, September 11, 2025 from 3:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m.
  • The International Student Mixer is a lively and welcoming event designed to bring together new and current international students. Held in the afternoon, it features food, games, and interactive activities that encourage connection and community. It’s a great way for students to meet peers, and learn more about campus life.
• OPT Workshop: Tuesday, September 16, 2025  3:30 - 4:30 p.m.
• International Festival: Thursday November 20,2025 from 12:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m.
